Very good 4.25 at 5 months- maybe better than fresh was

4 Disappointing - not as good as last year. Thin and too coffee dominant

4.0 Very good, but not as sweet as a traditional EBW (JW Lees etc.), and slightly more balanced but certainly not as hoppy as an ABW.

4.25+ vanilla bourbon barrel with a little heat, subtle coffee and sweet burnt sugar

10 months. 4.375 - coffee pretty much gone. still sweet and tasty, w/ burnt sugar, toasty roasted marshmallow. Drink fresher. Definitely need to have this warmer - 45-55 is too low at the low end. 55 is best.

4.25 Release day - Fresh. Seemed not as thick and rich as I remember the fresh KBS from 2016 being.

T - Taste is excellent with nice but not overpowering barrel, sweet carmel malts, and very good sweetness of dark stone fruits that you typically get from a very good aged Belgian. M - Enjoyably sticky. O - This was an excellent malt forward beer - highly recommended.
